Best two quotes
“I thought like it’d be interesting if I like to take his like English course again.”
“What’s the most important to encounter in your life?” “I’d say, English professors.”
Nobu
So okay, so first I’d like to ask you but your life you’re sold over yours. Yeah. Why you took this course.
Sufun
Um, a few semesters ago actually, I took already his English class. Yes, I thought like it’d be interesting if I like to take his like English course again. And like when I was looking for some English courses, I just found out this like journalism or English, for how to buy like my measures. So that’s why like, I’ve decided to take this course.
Sufun
I think like, as another reason I would say, like I really wanted to want to like to improve my writing. Skill.
Nobu
Yeah. Okay. So, from now on, I will ask you a personal ask you about your personality. Yes. What is your personality?
Sufun:
Yeah, I I don’t know. I think I’m sometimes very like introverted. And sometimes we’re like, Oh, my God, like outgoing person maybe. It depends on like who I talked to. I’m very flexible maybe. So, depending on like who I talked to, and personality I think my personality.
Sufun:
my personality. Yeah. That’s honestly right. Yes.
Sufun
Oh, so. Yeah. I think if I like decided to do something, I can keep going. I like I can be motivated all the time. That’s
Nobu
great. Yeah. Well, then how you motivate yourself?
Sufun:
just keep going. Like I mean, I don’t have any specific things that I want. I mean, my hobbies. So, like, in my spare time, I can study all the time. And I can do something that I want to do. So maybe I think it’s not just a motivation. It’s just it’s also like legit my personality. I think I’m very like consistent.
Nobu
well, okay, thank you. Then, what is strongest point?
Sufun
like I said, maybe consistency. Yeah. Once I decide I can keep going. Yeah.
Nobu
On the other hand, what is your weakness point?
Sufun
My weakness point is I think I’m not good at thinking those grades. For example, like, my Okay, now like an APM. Student, I’m taking some, like APM courses. And one thing that I really like, fear in these courses is that I’m not good at like stating my opinion better like Rose curry and like, yeah, concisely. So, yeah, that is also like what I want I
Nobu 4:20
think, from next question, I will ask about our residence. what is the most important things in APU?
Sufun
both in AP Ah, just like to take advantage of this environment and the multicultural environments, since APIA has so many like international students who come to Japan Pro like other countries, yes, I think a lot of like opportunity is to likewise in like you widen your insight. So just, yeah, go for it and don’t like to stay in your comfort zone. Just step out of your comfort zone and try something new or something that you’re interested in. Thank you.
Nobu
You’ve already lived in Beppu, right? Then, how you feel to live in Bepppu as a student.
Sufun
As a student, I think it’s a very good environment for me to study because I would say it’s countryside. It’s very conscious of that means that there is like, no distractions for me. So, I can study what I want to do and what I have to
Nobu
What is the best recommendation in Beppu?
Sufun
I still haven’t explored recently. So, for me, it’s very like three opinions. I would say APU campus is the best place to stay. So, because I share like, you know, nice materials. And also, like facilities that yes, we can focus on something. And if you want to like meet your friends, you can come to every campus and there will be like some students. Some like your friends. So yeah, it might be weird, but I would say if you can place this.
Nobu
Thank you. Well, I guess last. What’s the most important to encounter in your life?
Sufun
Important encounter? in my life?
Nobu
Yes, in your life.
Sufun,
okay, I’d say, English professors. I mean, I know before I came to APA, like kind of impressions of professors are kind of a bit like distance distant from students. Okay. So soon I have always like felt Kenya distance between students and professors. Like, when I first took English course, I three felt like professors were like, very close. And they don’t like to try treating us like students just they’re always at the same as perspective from us. So yeah, so English press festers might be people that I’m here like blood to me.
Sufun
Yeah, important, and, yeah, okay. I have to say one thing. And, you know, since like, they are older than us, they have a lot of experiences, in life. So, it’s very great to have your like Big Brother or like yeah, some older and you so you can they you know, they can give us a nice story and what is important for our life and in our like university life. So just try to have at least like one thing like, workout, one person who is very close to you, and who is older than you.
Nobu
Well, thank you. That’s a shortly. How was this interview?
Sufun
for this interview or this interview? There was a great in in other ways. Yeah. Of course. This was Like thinking about, like, what I have been getting in my life in this university. Thank you.
Nobu
Okay. Thank you.
